Dont you also have to spend at least $25 to get the discount? I know thats not hard to do. I think the character connection at the crossroads may still take it also. Anywhere in downtown disney takes it too i think.

I cant remember any discounts in the parks, but several at DTD. Someplaces stated they no longer offered discount, so its always best to check the latest on line. Or be a chancer like me and ask everywhere they can only say no! 
Last time I was down with my card, all the marketplace disney selling stores took the card ( i do believe there is a minimum) but theme park stores wouldn't. What the CM's told me was the DTD stores are actually part of The Disney Store (discount allowed) the theme parks stores are not (so no discount).

I got this info from the wdwig site. From what I remember I couldn't use it at the parks for anything. The card is great for resorts, downtown disney, and out of park food.
