Disney being sued about new policy for disabled guests

This didn't take long for someone shyster lawyer to try to take on the policy. I understand the need to accommodate guest that have certain needs based on their disability, but Disney's old policy was being taken advantaged of by some people and the company did what it could to find a fair solution. It seems that a few bad apples spoiled what was supposed to be more than generous policy for the disabled but I don't see how they are being sued for this new policy.

There have already been several threads about this, and most of them have been locked and deleted because they turn ugly.
