Disney Arcade Cards

Hi everyone,

I have been looking for an answer to this on here but have been unsuccessful in finding it, so if it is already posted here somewhere, my apologies.

I'm bringing a group to WDW in March which I am organizing on my own. I will have a bit of money left over and was interested in purchasing arcade cards for the kids in our group. Does anyone know how much arcade credits are and how many you get for X dollars?

I know that there was an offer to get one included with a MYW package, but since we are a group of larger than 10 we don't qualify for that as groups have to buy each piece of their vacation separately. Believe me, I have asked... A LOT!

So, anyone able to shed some light? Thanks for your help :)

I couldn't tell ya but my teenage boys can. They have to go get their fix frequently on every trip. I asked them and this is what they said:

((not 100% sure of these numbers but it's what they *think* they remember))
$1 = 50 points
$5 = 250 + 50 bonus points = 300 points
$10 = 500 + 100 bonus points = 600 points

I think maybe the $10 is 500 points then $15 would be the 500 + 100 since the increments seem to run that way.

((these they're certain of because they almost always get their arcade cards charged up with $25 at a whack))
$20 = 1250 points
$25 = 1250 + 750 bonus points = 2000 points

One could say we're insane for spending what we do on the boys playing the arcade games on vacation but (A.) we don't go to arcades hardly ever at home, and (B.) 2000 points buys mom & dad a...uh...nice amount of time with NO kids hanging around the room. :animwink:

What resort are you and your group staying at?
You may want to call and inquire with Guest Services they should have that info.
The last time I used one of the Arcades was back in 2005 and it was at the Pop Century and I believe they used tokens.
