Why is it such a big deal for someone to dig up old threads?? Its not like this info isn't still valid or even dated.

Just taking a stab at this:

Disneyland opened in '55 - the significance of May 5th openings for other attractions 5/5.

I thought it was pretty easy to figure out.

I could be wrong though.

Because its the start of one of the busiest times of the year. Jan-April is when they do most refurbs.

Walt's Bday...

Walt Disney's birthday is DECEMBER 5th...so maybe the 5th is a good number, and May just because it's the beginning of the summer season?
