No price changes yet ...
I've heard it's because they haven't been able to produce new signage for every restaurant, store, cart, and stand that sells bottled drinks. Imagine how many would be needed for just one park, and then think about ALL the parks, resorts, etc. That's a lot of new signs. Once Disney is able to make brand new signs, the price changes will go into effect.
Also interesting to note that this price change is COMPANY wide, so the prices will also be changing in California, not just the Florida theme parks.
