Discount advice

Help! My wife and I are planning a trip to the world around one of her dance competitions in July. The problem for us is that we always go in Jan/Feb or Oct when there are free dining or other discounts. I've done some research and typically that time of year the only dscount that may be offered would be room only. My questions is when you book a room only discount how do you go about adding park tickets and dining package? Do you automatically get the room discount if you book a package or do you have to play the game and book room only then add extras at a later date?

We always go with room only discount. You can add tickets or the meal plan at the same time.

A room discount is typically offered as just that first however you can always go ahead, at the same time or later and add on tickets, dining plans, etc. Just note that this then turns it into a room discounted package with all of the rules of a package ( must be paid off 45 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees after that etc.) Hope this helps!!
