Disappointed

Found out recently that DVC members Cannot purchase park tickets, via the monthly payment plan, like Florida residents can. Being a DVC member for about 15 years i didn't know there was a payment plan then I found out it was Florida residents only -- boy, i was disappointed. I could travel to Disney numerous times a year if it wasn't for the cost of park tickets. For the amount of money DVC members pay yearly, you would think Disney could "help out" DVC members by allowing members to purchase park ticks on a monthly plan. Anyone else look into this issue? Comments?
