I have severe RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) especially in my legs and arms.... standing in long lines is hard for me.

how hard and what do I need to show in order to get special passes to go to the head of the line....?

D*mn! I KNEW it was something like that. I kept thinking SAC (Special Assistance Card) but I knew it was wrong. Glad you got confirmation.

As I said earlier, just stop at Guest Relations on your way into the park, and they should be able to help you out. They'll list on the card what you can't do, and the Cast Members will accommodate exactly what you need, no more, no less.
