Disability pass

Both of our DGSs have non-visible conditions that qualified them for the DAS pass on our visit last December. All 9 of us went to the GR office at the IG entrance to Epcot and got a DAS pass for just one of them, since they’d always be together. Then the GR CMs scanned all our MBs. At checkin for a ride, the CM scanned the DAS holder’s MB and gave us a time to return which was based on the standby waiting time at that moment. When we returned to ride, the DAS MB scanned first. If some of us weren’t going to ride, for whatever reason, we had to tell the CM to clear it out, otherwise the non-riders’ MDE accounts showed it as available and prevented the others from getting another DAS pass until it was used or cleared.

Thanks guys!! We needed up not getting one because the lines were non existent. We walked on to Peter pan, winner the pooh, buzz....all of his favorites were wide open to be boarded so we were able to skip the pass. We will probably get it for our longer trip in April. I assume by the the park capacity may be increased a little more and we may not be so lucky as we were with this trip. It was incredible and he was so happy to get on all the rides he wanted.
