My favorite Selena song was the duet she did with the guy from Talking Heads (I think). My favorite Spanish-language singer, though, is Anna Gabriel (though she isn't nearly as pretty as Selena was).

Have you seen Anna Gabriel lately? She lost weight and got a new look and looks a lot younger than years ago!
I personally don´t like how she sings because she whines a lot. :lol:

Aren't most Mexican songs about whining (usually about their mothers)?

As far as looks, the one that was really hot was Yudi. Is she the one that went to jail?

Yuri? She was a blonde singer a long time ago, and was a hit, but then she grew older and became Christian and started covering her up from head to toe and singing christian songs... of course, that was her debacle as a singer and now she is back singing everything and wearing better looking clothes while she is still a Christian -not that there is anything wrong about it- but she learned that she doesn´t have to be that radical. :animwink: (I don´t think she went to jail though...)

Gloria Trevi is the one who is in jail in Brasil. She was very pretty, great body, possed naked, was a success, but then got enrolled with her manager in girl´s abuse with the pretext of making them "famous artists". They are both in jail in Brasil and God knows how she got pregnant with a son of him! (he is in a different jail). I think all that group is mentally disturbed.

Speaking of which, did you hear that Playboy is coming out with a Spanish version? They're looking for talent down in Mexico. But if you know anyone who might be interested, you can have them send their pictures to me. Playboy headquarters is just down the street from my office and I can walk them over.

Well.... Gloria never said she was innocent and virginal, it was the whole opposite. :animwink: She was kinda like the mexican Cindy Lauper. And she had a great all natural body.

Well, technically Britney never did either. She did say she was a virgin.... 4 years ago when she was 16. But she's never claimed to be innocent. Recall that little line from Oops... "I'm not that innocent". I think the whole innocent girl next door image was all created by the media. Look at even her earliest photoshoots. She's been dressing the same since the start. But that Spanish girl... i mean... yech! lol
