We tried it last week, and unfortunately, it didn't work. We had to go to the front desk.

Maybe, check in was a disaster and I was slightly disappointed with the room. Cost almost $900/night and just not quite up to par.

This is a perk I am looking forward to. I am hoping most kinks are worked out before our next trip in August.
