The ride profile on each vehicle has not changed. But you can get different rides from different vehicles due to just mechanical reasons. Like if the ride vehicle just came out of rehab, it maybe tighter in the turns and other things like acceleration, but all just minor differences.
The show doors at the Entry Time Tunnel are working again as is most of the animation which was in pretty poor shape before the rehab.
Nobody mentioned the addition of the Station Gates or the new console added at the North Unload Station.
