Dinner suggestions

Hello to all
We will be at WDW the third week of April, staying at the Carribean Beach Resort. I am looking for suggestions for dinner at WDW. There will be four of us including our two teenage sons. I plan to do a late dinner at Epcot's Rose and Crown one night but I need to fill in a couple of other nights.

Thanks to everyone.

You have all been very helpful. We are going to try the concourse steakhouse, and Mooroco (the boys were intreged by the bellydancers). We are also considering the hoop-de-do review and the Brown Derby.
Thanks again

There was a suggestion for the whispering canyon Cafe. Where is that located and what does it offer?

My suggestion for Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco is to try to hit it for lunch. They usually have a great chef's special... the last 2 times we ate there is was a Jasmina Salad, the Sultan Sampler and Crepes Atlas for $14.95 (less than the cost of the sampler alone), its less expensive than dinner, yet you get plenty of food. Its also not very crowded at that time... we've never needed PS. The bellydance is very good ans are the musicians/singers that play. Everyone will enjoy it.
