Dining system down

So, I'm 60 days out, and right in the middle of making my dining reservations, the dining system goes down.

I checked other threads, and during the 180 day window, it was 6am Eastern. I see no reason why the time would change for the 60 day window.

Seems to be back now, I just made one (and cancelled it).

Still 6am Eastern for booking dining online.
