Dining Reservations No Longer in System

I normally don't freak when my reservations don't show up -- I just click on "find missing reservation," enter my confirmation numbers, enter my phone number, and all is well...

Today, I keep getting this message: Unfortunately, the reservation you are looking for is no longer in our system.

WHAT?! This has never happened before! 3 out of 4 dining reservations are not in the system apparently! :dazzle: I thought maybe I was being dumb and entering the wrong phone number. I've tried every single phone number I can think of!! Nothing. I know these confirmation numbers are right, because I've had them written down since the moment I got them. "Find Missing Reservation" has always worked before. Help please! I'm worried that Disney may have canceled my reservations for no reason!

It's probably something on their end not work, not yours. Try calling 407-WDW-DINE and getting them confirmed that way. But as someone already said, if you have the e-mail confirmations, print them out. It's proof you made them and Disney is sure to honor them. Still, don't worry about it to much. Everything will be ok.

The system has issues all of the time. Last trip, 1/3 of my reservations suddenly disappeared from the website. I maintained records of all of my confirm numbers, but called just to confirm all was still on file. I second Trotsky's advice about those confirm numbers. Those really are your ticket in if they can't find it by name or other basic method.

My reservations were also not showing up yesterday but once I entered the confirmation numbers they did re-appear, I have not checked today. The on-line dining reservation system has been acting pretty weird for the past few weeks. At one point it was not allowing me to make reservations either.

I am a worry wort too, but I know things will be just fine, and they will be for you as well.

me too i called and they said it was a tech. fluke because they are updating their systems.

a few days ago a bunch of people, me included, had adr's at flying fish and citricos for normal dining that suddenly showed as being at the chef's table, it went back to normal but it gave a lot of people a shock. they've also been messing with the computer system. last week i called to make a payment and add park tickets to an existing room only reservation and they couldn't do it in the middle of the day during the week because of work being done on the system. keep your confirmation numbers, take them with you when you go, and give them a call...oh and breath.

Since no-one's asked... Were any of your reservations booked at the same time-frame as others?

The system does bounce multiple reservations after they've been there for a while. If you book Le Cellier and Beirgarten within a close time-frame for the same number of people, you might lose one or both. :shrug:

I've got one better. I made my reservations back in February for our trip next month and as I was looking through them, I saw that my Chef Mickey's reservation wasn't in the system. I have the email and did the find lost reservation but nothing came up except the same error as the OP. I called Disney and they said that the reservation was cancelled about a minute after it was made. I only have the email for the reservation and never got a cancellation email. Not happy. Now I can't get another reservation for Chef Mickey's on that day. Thinking about just taking email confirmation and bringing it to the restaurant and trying to get them to seat me.

if you're s.o.l. anyway taking your email up to them is worth a try. i'd just check in, wait for them to tell you you're not in the system, look surprised and show them your email.

Their system and website is historically awful. There are always issues.

I think they need a brand new IT staff.


I rarely complain about anything involving WDW.
But I agree 100% on this.
Their whole web system is SAD.

I agree with Trotsky.
Print up the confirmations while you can.
