So ALL dining reservations are now 60 days out? Even if staying on property? I know it used to be 180 when staying on property but it seems that now we can only book 60 days out, correct?

Yes since the reopening its been 60.
For onsite guests its 60 plus length of stay just like it used to be 180 plus length of stay before.
