Dining Plan Menu?

My family & I are on the Disney Dining Plan for our next trip, but I was wondering if there is a seperate menu that we will order from at the restaurants since we are on the plan? If not, do you get to choose whatever you would like from the regular restaurant menu? Is there a good variety of food options to choose from?

I'm sure everything is great Disney quality, but I'm just curious on how the whole menu thing works. Thanks!!

From what I remember... you order off the regular menu. And depending on where you eat there is a very good variety of proteins (fish, chicken, beef, veggie)...

There are no separate menus. When you're on the DDP, you order off of the regular menu.
Occasionally there are exceptions on what can be included on the DDP. An example would be add-ons, like adding a lobster tail to your entree, aren't included (but can be ordered and then paid for separately).
The server will be able to help you make the most of your selections.

I had the dining plan on my last visit (Dec '07) and I could order anything on the menu. Of course, you have to pay extra for any alcoholic beverages that you order. Check out the menus on http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm
