dining plan: can i get anything i want?

With the dining plan can I get anything that I want? Like Filet mingnon at Le cellier! Also, Do the meals roll over to the next day if I don't use them?

Hey Cindyrella can you tell me a bit about the dessert sampler? How many is it supposed to feed? W/ a group of 12 if they go back to the sampler how many samplers would a group of 12 get? Personally I think I'd prefer to just order the dessert that I wanted and not have the sampler.
