Dining Plan 2013 - participating list?

The Dining Plans get re-negotiated every year. When the brochure first comes out it has mostly the Disney-owned restaurants, then as more restaurants finalise negotiations they are added, sometimes as late as late December... The list almost always ends up exactly the same...

I remember a time when T-Rex was not part of the dining plan. At one point, Rainforest Cafe wasn't. It does change, but I guess what I'm saying is that most of the restaurants I like to go to do participate in the dining plan.( I'm from West Virginia.) The snacks list can be confusing sometimes. I know Planet Hollywood was never a part of the plan, but Disney gives discounts in their packages. Was there any one particular restaurant you were considering?

The snack list is rough to understand - there are a few good apps for that.
