Dining package availability in November

Does anyone know if Fantasmic and Paint the Night are planning on going dark in November?

I can book regular sit-down meals up to November 17, but the dining packages for Fantasmic are only open until November 3, and Paint the Night is only open until November 7.

I think the dining packages are expensive and overrated. But they are tourists. What do they know?
