Awesome list! You guys should enjoy your dining! I'm partial to kona cafe but it's more of a personal preference. I don't think you'll regret any of those.

Hopefully you booked all those reservations because I went to book Le Cellier today for any day from 12/2-12/7 and no availability from 3 pm-on.

I called Disney Dining and they said that Le Cellier has not opened up their reservations for this time yet? She told me to check back regularly.
I got all the reservations except that one, and I didn't get the Chefs table at Victoria and Albert's, but got the Queen Victoria's room.

Just keep in mind...eating at CRT then TRex...Emeriels then Cali grill. That's some heavy duty eating ....hope they are several hours apart or you may not fully enjoy it

8+ hours between each meal, we're both not big breakfast eaters so we usually eat a early lunch and late dinner, with a small midday snack.

You made great choices. Many of my personal favorites. I'd suggest making a back-up reservation for your first night because Le Cellier is really hard to get and rarely opens up. If you get it then just cancel the other reservation. On a totally personal preference note I'd skip Shula's. I know it gets raves, but I'd do Jiko or Narcoossee's for that price.

I eat at Shulas in Tampa and it was amazing! my recommendation would be to go on Shulas restaurant and see if there is one close to you and if there is change that night to another place you can only eat at in WDW:)

Really nice list! Heard the Queens table is just as awesome.

Which Emerald restaurant will you be going to? The one in City Walk or in Royal Pacific?

I do not believe there is a Shula's close, but we are mainly going back there for one reason and that is the Chocolate Molten Lava Cake! Best dessert I have ever had hands down!
We will be going to the Emeril's in the City Walk, that selection is subject to change if there are any other recommendations in City Walk?

I was just being curious. We ate at Emeril's Tchoup Chop in Royal Pacific a few weeks back and it was very nice.

Does anyone know why there is a delay on being able to book reservations for Le Cellier? I noticed Coral Reef and a few other restaurants were unavailable too.
