Dining at Universal

We have tickets to the Blue Man Group at 8 p.m. on February 6. Park closes at 6 p.m. Do any of the restaurants in the parks stay open for dinner or do we have to eat at a place in City Walk?

All of the restaurants in the parks close before the parks close. There's only one restaurant in the parks that are really worth eating at anyhow, and that's Mythos in IOA. So you're going to find the better restaurants in Citywalk anyhow.

I'd hit the Hard Rock Cafe or NBA City. I'm not a fan of NBA city (mainly because I'm not a fan of the NBA and all the walking that never is called) but they are both on that side of CityWalk and should be an easy in and out for the BMG show.

Mr Buffets is a regular stop for us, stopped using the Hard Rock, nothing wrong with it its just I can get that at home.

Bubba Gumps is fun if you like shrimp.

The Citywalk restaurants will be much better food anyway. And if you eat a little early, they can be pretty empty too, which is nice.

I agree. The Cuban Meatloaf sandwich is my wife's favorite. I recomend the Conch Chowder:slurp:.
