Dine with Imagineers?

I'm not sure how to spell Imagineer, so thats how I'm gonna spell it. I remember reading somewhere that there is this thing where you can dine with an Imagineer. Is this true? If it is, how much $ and where?

You can dine with an imagineer at the Brown Derby restrauant at the Disney MGM Studios. To find out prices and to make a priority seating call Disney Dining. I think it is around 60.00 or so.

I believe this program is about to end, but I will find out tomorrow. I thought that I read something about it on the Dining Reservation System, but could be mistaken.

Lunch anyone?

Gosh, why just limit this lunch thing to Animators (they're moving West, I hear) and Imagineers? What about the rest of us?

Lunch with a Word Whacker from an undisclosed location - $1, plus the cost of everybody's lunch. :slurp:

Yeah, if you want to take advantage of this opportunity of eating with an Imagineer, you better do so very soon before Eisner fires them too and hires the State Fair technicians as new Imagineers. It's only logical, they're cheaper.

what happen to dining with a disney animator??

now that the wdw animation dept. is closed and some were fired and moved what happens to dine with the animator? i mean b/c i would have liked to dine with chris sanders.:sohappy:

Lunch with an Artist is gone for now.


Dining with an Imagineer can be booked ONLY 30 DAYS OUT.

Lunch dates: Jan 29, Feb 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27.
Dinner: Feb 4, 11, 18, 25.


Meals are at the Brown Derby.

Lunch
60.99 +tax and gratuity
34.99 (3-11) +tax and gratuity

Dinner
99.99
34.99

There is not a meal in this world that I would pay $34.99 for my kids to eat. Due to their limited tastes, it would be a total waste of money. Now a meal with Christ would be worth any cost, but wait...that's FREE.
