Dine With an Imagineer question

Hello, everyone. I am planning on having lunch with an Imagineer at the Brown Derby next time I visit WDW. It's a long way off, since it will be sometime mid to late 2011, but I'm planning now because, especially with Bay Lake Tower, you need to book ASAP.

But anywho, are there any certain times of the year when Dine With an Imagineer doesn't happen? Thanks.

While I can't give you a definitive answer, everywhere I looked online says that Dine with an Imagineer is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and it looks as though it is offered year round. Hopefully someone else can come along and confirm it one way or the other for you!

I don't know for sure but if an actual holiday falls on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday I wouldn't really count on the Lunch w/an Imagineer to be offered that day. I got the impression when we went that their hours are pretty much standard office hours unless they happen to be working on something specifically that particular day (as was the case w/our Imagineer who had been in DHS since 5am that day taking care of some last minute details for the TSMM press event). He also mentioned that they take turns signing up to do the lunches, enjoy talking with guests, and getting paid to eat a free quality lunch is pretty cool, too. We all agreed we wouldn't mind being paid to eat a nice, long lunch at the Brown Derby wouldn't be so bad.
