Different Pricing for Different Value Resorts

Could be because there are seasonal events going on where the AS Sports is hosting certain groups the others do not want to be there with. They may need to promote a lower rate to keep occupancy up.

I do believe is has to do with the local tax and where the 2 hotel properties are situated.

Precisely, 12.5% vs 13%, that is why the All-Stars have the same rates and Pop is a little different, but Disney also has priced Pop a little higher too.

I've heard that the resorts are (strange as it may sound) in different counties, therefore accounting for the difference in tax rate.

Could also be based on which ones book and fill up faster. If its a slow time for Sports they could lower the price to help with reservations.
