Every time we go to Disney we get confused on the early entry days. Are the Surprise mornings when you can go in and RIDE the rides? I know last year we went in on the Early Entry and they had everything roped off...Thanks!

Early entry and suprise mornings are the same thing, just a new name. You have to remeber that they only open certain attractions early, the others remain roped off and they usually give you a list as you go in, the rides that are open are always listed on resort tv as well. Hope this helps with your confusion;)

This year was great - we got in at 7.30 ! has it always been so much before normal opening? I seem to remember it as only being an hour before in the past.

We too thought they'd expanded the times, so much so, that on our first surprise morning at Epcot we arrived at about 7.50am to find we where in fact late and our fp time return for TT was 12.45!!

Is there any way to find out the "true" early entry time? Will they tell you at your hotel or is it best to show up 30-40 minutes before the announced early time?

My husband would love to know since the longer he can stay in bed the better! When will he ever learn? A Disney vacation is not for sleeping in!
