Dieting for Disney

try to have a glass of water (8 oz) before each meal.
Reduce the carbs on your plate and replace with vegies.
Watch out for peas, squash (winter types), and potatoes - they are carbs.
Don't drown your salads in dressings. Have the dressings on the side.

Take a walk now and then, i.e. exercise.

Be selective when you order your meals -

Disney offers a wide selection of foods at all the park sites. You don't need to have french fries with everything.

Sooooo true! I don't like fries. The CS meals are enough reason for me to opt into the DxDP and get some healthier options at TS or just use the TiW card and forget the dining plan altogether.
