Dietary supliments...safe?

I don't know how many of you here have had to deal with being over weight but it sucks.

I've dieted before and lost alot of weight but always put it back on. About a month ago I started exercising regularly and have seen very small results and I enjoy doing it but I'm not seeing the results I would like.

I just heard of a dietary supliment called Trim Spa...I was wondering how safe the stuff is. It looks like it works. I have a big build and lose weight fast under the right circumstances so I'm hoping this stuff would help. Again I'm just curious as to how safe it is. Would any of you know? Do any of you use it? Thanks

Umm.. no.

Anything that raises your metabolism (as i'm guessing this does) can be very dangerous.

Eating small meals often throughout the day is a better way to increase metabolism and is very effective.

Josh! Please be careful :( I don't trust any of that stuff, although I sure as h*ll would like to get rid of the cellulite on my legs :hurl:

If you've only been exercising for a month, and are starting to see results, keep on doing what you're doing. These things take time. In another month I bet you'll be surprised.
