The WDI hack that came up with that rule probably couldn't tell the difference between Star Trek, Star Wars or Star Crash. Operations and marketing will change based on what people want regardless of what WDI said.

They’ve never really included the Skywalkers, I don’t see why they would suddenly start now.

Chewie, Droids, Storm Troopers and your choice of Vader or Kylo depending on the timeline. I realize it’s ‘Disney’... but Potter has gotten along just fine with essentially tertiary or nonexistent character meet and greets.
