@Lands of Wonder how fast do they go? What kind of drive train do they have? What kind of horsepower?
Can you answer any of that? Thank you!
Well by the video if you listen you can hear them. When they go down Main Street there pretty quiet lol. Even the forklifts at my job arrant that loud. I don't know how fast the MSEP units go but that's probably the hardest they have ever worked.

What I don't get is why so many people don't like the American Float... They can't have a calvicade, the whole parade is made up from the classics.I'm just surprised Frozen hasn't worked its way in yet.

Although I don't have a great distaste for the American float, it does make me wonder why it is there. Walt had a great love for America. I get that. I, too, enjoy being patriotic. But it also makes me go: "huh?" when I see it at the end of the parade.

Wasn't it added for the bicentennial?
The whole country, Disney included, was fond of the flag and revolutionary-era imagery for a couple years.

I'm not fond of the America float either.

What they really need...REALLY need...is a Fantasia float as the finale!

What kind of forklifts do you work around? I used to work with propane fueled lifts and they were super loud, far surpassing the db of a one ton diesel truck.
That said, I've also serviced gas powered heavy lift forks that were whisper quiet.
Would be interesting to know what the floats are fueled by...regardless, I bet the mpg is super low
