DHS Star Wars Motorcade

Do they have a Motorcade every Friday for the start of the Star Wars weekend every Friday during Star Wars weekends? We were wanting to try and catch that this coming Friday but havent seen the schedule come out yet here.

Also where is the best place that is the least crowded to view the Motorcade? Is it like other parades like Spectro being toward the end of the route?

The motorcade will run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Star Wars Weekends. Any place with shade will be a good place. The heat is simply brutal right now.

It is no real different than any other parade in that respect. The best spots will be gone about an hour prior, the rest of the route will fill up about 1/2 an hour before and you will have to engage in the typical elbow swinging and foot crushing to fend of those that think they can steal your primo spot 5 minutes before parade time.

Thanks! Im not stranger to fending off those who think they will do that. :fork::fork:
We will have already spent a day at DHS before this so investing an hour waiting wont be a big deal. Hopefully I can get the schedule of events prior and double check the parade route and scope out a spot prior.

There is a set of trees in front of the hat as well as a tree line between Indy and Star Tours that provides pretty good cover.
