DHS Ride Make-over!

I love re-doing rides and actually like making new rides that I would SO love to make or have in DHS! Well I just got an amazing idea so I thought I would tell you guys about it. I'm sure all of you know about "Walt Disney: One Man's Dream", well let's say I have an idea to make it more fun ! Now I have never been on/ saw the show before so forgive me if it's nothing like it! First, let's change the name...

"It All Started With a Mouse"

When you get on line of this wonderful ride, you step through the doors and see pictures, movies, images, etc... of Walt, Mickey, Minnie, the gang, etc. Now these are old images and as you move down the queue line, they get newer and newer before you hit a non-stop ride just like the TTA. You board your train, and go through how Walt Disney became to be. How Disneyland was made, how Disneyworld became to be, how some of the most famous rides became to be. You get off and you have the option to see a wonderful movie which is basically a sum up of the ride. Just remember, it all started with a mouse!

It may be a little slow, but if you are a true Disney fan, you will love this ride!

Wow to be honest with you I thought people would hate it. If your a true Disney fan you will love this ride. I can actually picture it now .

It really is more unique than watching a 15 minute film on Walt Disney and would do a better job at getting the story across without being boring. You might just want to go into a little more detail about the queue and ride, be fairly descriptive and maybe even add a little concept art if you are good at drawing.

Okay to be honest with you i'm no graphic artist lol... I made a bare bare sketch of what the building could look like:

As you can clearly see it would be a simple two story building, with windows overlooking the ride. Now you may notice that they look like Mickey mouse ears, which I did on purpose. Since the ride is called "It all started with a Mouse" I decided to use Mickey's head as part of it. Now if I was really making this ride I would make the windows round as long as the double sliding door which would manily stay open due to the fact that some of the queue line will have the be outside on busy das. I'm working on getting better graphics done. Bare with me!

I made a more clear explanation of everything that would go on... here it is:
Placement:
I believe this ride would be a perfect place for where Walt Disney: One Man's Dream is. Instead of a show it would be a ride though.

Name Change:
This will now be called "It all started with a Mouse" Since Walt Disney World and Walt became with Mickey himself!

Building:
I would totally re-do the building adding two doors next to each other. One Fast Pass one Stand-by. Their would be two windows above it making it look like a Mickey head.

Queue:
Due to the fact I don't know how big it is in their... I would have some of the queue outside and most of it inside. Basically like TSM is now. When you get inside you are just in one big room, on the walls beside you will be Walt's pictures, items, etc... everything currently in Walt Disney: One Man's Dream. Everything that was in their will still either be on the ride, or in the queue area. The closer you get to the ride, the newer the pictures get. This ride will have a Fast Pass due to the fact that I would make it so you get a tour guide with each ride.

Main Ride:
The main ride would be a moving vehicle type ride where four people can sit in it at a time. Their would be 5 rows of 5 seats in a train. Two trains connected with a tour guide. You go through the main doors, he/she introduces him/her self and tells you some info. You see some models, stopping for a video along the way. You spend at least 2-3 minutes in each room. Depending on how big the building is... the more ride vehicles you could have.

Exit:
You get off while the train that was in font of you is boarding. As of all Disney rides... you go into a gift shop, which would be new.

I like the idea even more now. While there probably isn't any room for a full ride the space can possibly be expanded.

Well that's what I was thinking. Does anyone know what the upper space is used and if one can be added? If needed I could see the ride like going up, or down at the end, and maybe you can draw your own character... . I have some ideas and I hope to send them in or talk to someone on our next trip.
