Details released for the 2012 Food and Wine Festival 'Special Experiences'

I've never been to one of these Food and Wine Festivals because my family likes going to WDW in the summer time. Maybe my husband and I will go down just ourselves one year and see what it's all about.

I bet it would be a whole different kind of WDW vacation to take part in this.

Did anyone else notice that the "Special Experiences" guide that was posted today only shows the Culinary Demos as happening on Saturdays and Sundays? Are they not going to be daily anymore? The mixology and wine/beverage seminars still are listed as daily events. Anyone have any info on this?
