They should have put mission space in the Wonders of Life building and kept horizons

As a former Mission Space Cast Member, I have always been surprised that Wonders shut down given how much it had to offer. Sure it needed some updating, but in particular with Body Wars, given how popular the Star Tours ride has been, you'd think they could have done something more creative to renewal its longevity.

The pavilion needed updating in almost every area; the late 80s info was now out of date. And of course with no sponsor to fork out what was needed the poor guest couldn’t be expected to pay for it.

Im surprised they didn't go the IP route. It would have been better than closing it completely.

They were thinking of working with Metlife again to turn it into a "Adventures through life" pavilion, including using the Body Wars simulators as the little race car from toy story. That was around 2001, and obviously, things happened differently.
