Here's a tip- once you're done, get some Sprite if you can find some. Drink, and keep some handy in the morning. Scientists have studied what drinks are good for fighting hangovers and surprisingly Sprite and similar beverages (like soda water) came out on top.

There's a trick to this..... and I learned it while doing this very challenge while under a doctors supervision.

Water. You need to drink a LOT of water as you go. At the very least, 1 big glass for every 2 drinks.

You manage to do that, you can finish the world in 4 hours or so. You wont be hammered either.

We drink around the world at least once every trip. Our tricks are to start at 11am and pace yourself throughout the day. Take your time in each country, go in the shops and all. We also like to sit down and eat to relax for all 3 meals. We normally do brunch in France. Lunch/snack in Italy and dinner in Canada. That's just our preference. My wife can't drink as much as me obviously, so she only drinks in about 1/2 of the countries as well.

Austin DeVan Hill, 23, of Pensacola was charged with aggravated battery and two counts of battery after he punched two male workers in the head and struck a female with a plastic pipe in an area off-limits to guests, according to an arrest report.

Deputies said Hill appeared to be drunk as he resisted efforts to restrain him, yelled and made incoherent statements. He caused a major disturbance during Epcot's annual International Food and Wine Festival, which attracts thousands of guests.

At one point, Hill broke free while being escorted to the security office, fell to the concrete and injured his chin and face, the report said.

The victims told deputies Hill entered a backstage office area in the East Innovations attraction area when he punched Michael Connelly. He suffered a large gash to his forehead and was taken to Celebrity Hospital for treatment.

Hill then encountered cast member Timothy Beltley in the tunnels workers use to get around the theme park.

Beltley tried to stop Hill from taking a cargo work cart but was punched in the face. He was also treated at the hospital.

Jessica Brown was struck in the left cheek and neck when she came across Hill after he grabbed a 3-foot-long PVC pipe. The injured area swelled but she was treated at the scene.

Deputies described Hill's behavior as "fractious."

Not sure how this comment is helpful in answering the questions posed by OP. Furthermore, the article makes no mention of the alleged perpetrator having been engaged in "Drinking Around the World" at the time of the incident, nor as such even implied.

Additionally, the "Drinking Around the World" "game" does not get people drunk at Epcot; rather, the personal choice to consume alcohol does, and to blame its "promotion" for such really makes for a flawed argument. Clearly, "drunks" do not cause serious enough problems for WDW to ban alcohol from its parks, and the matter of drunkenness appears to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis as needed if a person gets out of control. Honestly, this issue seems more or less like a personal problem to me, as opposed to one plaguing the parks.

I'm sorry that you feel like your park experience is ruined by a certain element of the surrounding environment, but it is what it is, and Disney has no reason to ban "drunks" unless they behave in such a reckless manner to warrant being removed from the parks. Many people enjoy imbibing on vacation, and if it causes you such great concern, then perhaps a better option would be to avoid Epcot (particularly during the evenings), or learn to look the other way. If someone causes any immediate threat to you or your family, then report it to a CM. Otherwise, accept things for what they are and make the most of a wonderfully magical place, and if that's not possible, maybe another destination would be more appropriate for your vacation.

I would love to drink around the world at least once.

Too bad drinking around around the world didn't consist of 11 drinks from any country. UK, Germany and Norway and I'll be all set.
