Deep Fried Delights..!!!

Yeh,I know.Its not healthy.But as one Owl said to the other Owl, " I don't give a hoot ".. So to my question.Have you a secret deep fried delight at Disney.? Now my DS loved his " Double Dipped Onion Rings " at Cookes/Dublin and the Cod in batter that I had was very tasty. But have you tried something deep fried at Disney that is worth a mention.?

I don't know if I have a favorite, but all of that funnel cake talk on here last night has me craving some yummy fried dough.

Edit- now if only Via Napoli served Zeppole the way I grew up with them... I'd probably never leave!

The begniets at POFQ are pretty good, but I don't get crazy about them. I'm more of a French fry gal myself.

I' have to agree, Funnel Cake!!! I can't forget Beignets or Yorkshire County Fish Shop's Fish n Chips!!! Sigh..... there goes THAT diet!!

My favorite deep fried delight is at Disneyland, they still have the Monte Cristo sandwiches at Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans. I love those sandwiches. At WDW I guess I would have to go with the chicken breast nuggets.

Well as some of you may know I am from the deep south (Mississippi) and fried food is considered a food group where I am from, so I do have quite a few favorites in the World. However in the interest of not sounding like a complete glutton I will only list a few of the treats I like to snack on while in the parks.

Calamari (Turf Club best on property)
Eggrolls (Adventureland)
Fish & Chips (Cookes of Dublin/Raglan Road, Yorkshire County Fish Shop)
Snickers Doh-Bar (Cookes of Dublin)

I totally agree, my mom used to make us Zeppole on the weekends...Yummy!
