Decisions Decisions!! Should we go in August or November??

Here is my dilema: Plan on taking my Grandson who will be 7 in 2015. School goes in here the first week of September so in order to not miss school we could go the last week in August. In November he will have a teacher service day off plus November 11th so if we plan a 7 day trip we could go the 7th through the 14th and he would miss 4 days. He will be in grade 2 so is that too much time to miss? Any other suggestions greatly appreciated!!

Only you can decide whether to take your child out of school. We have done that during Jersey Week even though our district frowns on it. We have traveled to Disney in both August and November. August is very, very hot, but believe it or not the last time we went in November it was actually more crowded than Late August! We love going in November! Beautiful weather and I know your son is young, but the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot is great!
