Decipher this license plate from AK...

Ok all of you Disney fanatics, I've got trivia for you...I found this license plate at Disney's Animal Kingdom during our Feb trip. It was on one of those carriages near the alter area/photo op for Expedition Everest. What do you think these letters and numbers stand for?

Obviously the last two letters mean Expedition Everest, was it opened May 2? but certainly not 2003. Past that I'm not sure.

No, it was definitely after 2005, maybe even 2006.

It opened in April 2006. It was announced 3 years earlier by Eisner in the same month.

I would honestly doubt if it had anything to do with Everest. It could be anything, but is most likely an imaginer's birthday. I would think the 11.98 at the bottom is a bigger hint.
