Much depends on what the kids like.

You can look through the menus at http://www.wdwmagic.com/Dining.htm with them for things they'll like. Sadly, my experience is that even if you go only to places they've said they'll eat at, when you get there all bets are off as to whether they'll like it then.

Kinda goes with the territory.

I always just booked what looked good to me. For the most part, my son was willing to try new things so it wasn't ever disastrous... Occasionally had to buy him something afterwards because he just didn't eat enough of whatever it was because it didn't appeal as much.

Chef Mickey's would be my recommendation. It is VERY kid friendly and usually offers somewhat plain tasting cuisine which my picky-eater son loves.

Definitely do a character meal. My suggestions would be either Tusker House at the Animal Kingdom(Donald, Daisy, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy) Or Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom(Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore)

I would also try a place like Sci-Fi or 50s diner at Hollywood studios. The food is kid friendly and the atmosphere is good.

We went a few weeks ago with our 2 and 4 yrs old. While we did do a number of character meals, everything else was booked based on what looked good to us...i.e. kind of what MontyMon was getting at. Most places had enough variety that the kids were always happy. Funny- I think the place that had the most non-typical kid stuff that was a big hit with our girls was Boma. Outside of Boma and the 6 character meals we did- we also went to Rose & Crown, Mama Melrose and Whispering Canyon...and the kids found things they'd eat at each one. They also enjoyed a number of the non-typical kid things on the appetizer buffet while at Akershus. So, I say just go with what you like and they should be able find things to make them happy too.
