december hours?

going to wdw december 3-9 this year and just wondering about the park hours during this time? i've been 2 times before but both times in july. i know this december's hours aren't posted yet but hopefully somebody who has been during this time before can help me out????

I would love to know Dec. hours as well i want to make my Dining reservations but I have to schedule them all around park hours. Because Nightime is the most magical part of the day.

We're going from Nov 30th thru Dec 4th... The problem I'm having is I can't get the flights I want... American hasn't released their december schedules yet. But, I bought our MVMCP tickets... whoo hooo!!!!

I bought tickets for January from AA's website, so I would think they'd have December flights up.

I am planning on these evening extra magic hours:
Dec. 4: MGM
Dec. 6: AK
Dec. 7: MK
Dec. 8: EPCOT

This is the way they have been occuring as of the beginning of the year...

You think Dec 6th AK? What time do you think the extra hours have the park closing in ur estimation

I'm really not sure. I have planned on going to Ohana for dinner and then over to the MVMCP that night. But I have heard that it is open an extra 3 hours after regular closing times.

We're going 3-10 Dec this year! We went around the same time last year and MK closed around 7pm-8pm unless there was a MVMCP and then it closed at 6pm. Epcot kept it's normal hours. MGM was 7pm-8pm close and AK closed at 5pm. It's a great time of year to go!! :sohappy:

what were the crowds like last year when you went?

The last two years around Christmas and New Years, Epcot was open till 9 p.m., MGM was open until 8:30; Animal Kingdom till 6 p.m., and MK till 10:00 except on New Years then all open till 1:00 a.m. except AK. I believe there were a few other days, like Christmas day and NY day that MK was open till midnight. I also remember MGM staying open till 10 p.m. a few nights. Of course with the extra hours at night, that may change. Only MK had that, and then it was e-ride nights from 10 to 1a.m.
