We are going 12-4 thru 12-11. Usually we go the 8 - 13. I know the crowds could stay the same but 4 days can make a big difference. I was just wondering.

That's my favorite week to go! It's between the Thanksgiving and Christmas crowds, the weather is usually quite comfortable (if a little cool at night), the crowds are light, the decorations are up, and usually the first MVMCP is scheduled during that week. It also gives me a chance to pick up a few Disney Christmas gifts.

Have fun. :)

Great time of year to go. We've taken a trip there the 2nd thru the 9th. Great weather, small crowds, no wait times for rides. Take a jacket for the evenings, but other than that, it's fabulous

Enjoy!!!!

If we're lucky, we'll be there that week as well.

We're planning to go 4-11 December too! We went in November last year and loved it, but missed the Christmas decorations. So right then and there, we decided we'd make sure and go back in December of this year to see everything decorated!! :)

Have fun!

Oh my goodness. My bestfriend and I were also there in November. The 13 - 20. We saw a little of the xmas decorations at the resorts. This will be my third xmas trip to WDW. I love it at that time. This will be the first for my nephew who will be 1 in dec, and my niece who will be just shy of 4 months. Gosh their parents are brave. LOL I hope you have a good time. Who knows maybe we'll run into eachother. That would be funny.

:) We are also planning our trip around this week. I love the decorations up and mvmcp is a not to miss item. We always go this week due to I cannot hack it when it's real crowded. WOOO HOOOOOO only 157 days till we leave for our off-site vac home.

Have fun! :xmas:

I'll be there two weeks earlier. I'll try and leave a little suprise for you behind the 4th palm tree on the right hand side of the path as you look towards the West in CBR?

My best friend and I are also planning on going in early December. Initially, we're thinking of arriving on a Thursday and leaving on Tuesday. Would it be better to do this during the first, second or third weekend of December to avoid the crowds? Or does it not matter and they're all relatively uncrowded?

Thanks in advice for your opinions,

Joe

We will be there for the 4th - 11th. I can't wait to see the christmas decorations, the gingerbread houses and the Osborne lights are going to be back this year. It is going to be awesome! I love the spirit that Christmas brings. I can't even imagine how great it will be with the snow falling on Main Street and the Chrismas parade going through. WOHOO! :sohappy: :sohappy:

I don't know who is more excited me or my 6 year old daughter.

Maybe we will see some of you at the world. :xmas:

I would say the first and second weeks of december. We've always gone starting the 8th and it's the best time I've ever experienced.

Thanks for the link. I was not aware you had to pay extra to get in. Oh well, but to annual pass holders have to pay.
That's a good question. :veryconfu I'm not really sure but, let me do some research and I'll get back to you.

Ok...I don't think it's included with the annual pass. The WDW website states "Separate admission is required. Tickets valid during event hours only. Not included with any other ticket media."Can anyone verify? I'd hate to be wrong.

MVMCP is a seperate ticket event. Around $35.00 each.

I am a AP holder and unfortunately it does not make a difference, everyone pays.

Oh and I'll look for you while I'm down there, we are going 12/3 thru 12/8.

Trying to decide whether to go the MVMCP on Friday the 3rd or Sunday the 5th. Hhhhmmmmmmm..........

Thank You for verifying. We should have our own little meet. Lastyear the official meet was in Dec and this year it's July. I'm so bummed. We're gonna make our own. LOL
