DCL's website subpar...

I just need a place to vent...You think in the past two years they'd fix the multitude of problems it has...all I want to do is change my address and of course it tells me I have some errors even though everything is filled in correctly...once again I have to call them to make simple changes that are suppose to be made on the website...

On top of this, linking Castaway Club and my account took two months and three technicians to solve...

They should just merge it with the WDW site (I know they perform as two separate financial entities) and have it streamlined as such and have an extremely easy access point to the website...

My wifes Castaway Club can't be linked to her account for whatever reason (some vague error I gave up on trying to resolve after a couple of phone calls with no results) but mine linked just fine.
My job is in IT/Networking and the frustration I have with their site (and a lot of Disney's sites in general - such as the whole go.com thing that serves NO purpose from a technical perspective and IMO is brand diminishing) is very frustrating. So many little things that could be fixed easily and cost nothing but a few hours of their web staff's time...

If better is possible, good is not enough.

I have never, over the past year, even been able to VIEW the website properly from my state-of-the-art computer at work, or my old laptop at home. If I perform any searches for a cruise through the site, the display gets wonky and all links on the page cease functioning.

Well let me tell you...I log in to try again this morning and the information had changed to the address I wanted after earlier in the week saying there are errors and displaying my old NJ address...OH Disney!
