My Daughter thinks she is so Disney trivia smart. I knew maybe two answers the entire cruise.

If you are talking to me. Yes, at times. The trivia prizes are all over the place, key rings, water bottles, hats, little trophies, winner lanyards. Each ship and cruise are different and even who conducts the trivia quiz seems to differ in the prize. I usually don't play often as my Daughter and friends dominate without my puny contribution. Join her team don't try to beat her. I have seen her get perfect scores when on a rare occasion she does not have friends to help and only no nothing me to drag along. I help a bit at sports trivia but Disney is not my field. Love the ships, not so much the parks and movies that are a big part of the trivia.
