I would say yes. Looks like Saint Markus square in the distance.

That was my thought, too.

Hmmmm - I guess you would call it Saint Marc's square in English. I just realised that Markus is the German name for him. Is Marco the Italian name? Now very confused what the proper name for that square is, but in German it is Sankt Markus, that I know!!!
