I was amazed. The had this sign up 24 hours after Chapek got the boot. They really have their priorities straight. The egos involved know no bounds.Sorry, can’t like this one.
Iger's sign has been there a long time, actually, since at least January 2017 (my earlier picture of it, and our first DCL cruise since 2002).

yes- but the Iger sign was taken down. That was my point. Now it's back.

We believe that it won’t be long before we see the former Bob Iger sign back up on Castaway Cay. The “Captain Bob Iger” sign referenced his wife, Willow Bay, and had a very different tone to Chapek’s “Master Ship Builder” sign:

Wow, I never even noticed Iger's sign was gone, and we sailed twice during $lappie's reign of terror.yes- but the Iger sign was taken down. That was my point. Now it's back.

$lappie's sign was there in January 2017. I even took a picture of it then with my opinion:

Iger's sign was there as well, but apparently was taken down at some point? But it's back now. Mr. Skinny Jeans has a sign on the Pumphouse, and Jeff Vahle has one somewhere as well (I have a pic, but forget where the sign is). Neither has any business getting a sign other than being an ego play. And I always give a nod to Matt Ouimet's sign, because at least he did something positive for DCL, whereas $lappie, Josh, and Jeff are thoroughly undeserving, IMHO. At least Iger approved the Dream and the Fantasy, both of which were superb additions to the fleet.
