We're going on the Dream on 10/31 and received an email with a pdf that we need to fill out and take to the terminal regarding Ebola. The email also states they have no cast members from any of the West African countries affected.

I've always been impressed with DCL's level of safety and cleanliness. Sometimes it's a bit of a burden, like having to be served at buffets, but it's WAY better than having a ship full of sick people.

I agree completely. This will put a lot of minds at ease and I applaud them for doing so.

It would seem to be advisable to check the two sources of possible ebola exposure, crew and passengers. Eliminate one, the crew, and ask for passenger cooperation. Given what happened on the other cruise line, prudent precaution.
