The DCL website is showing a new cruise has been added for the Fantasy, departing on May 17, 2017 for three nights. The cruise has two stops at Castaway Cay. I'm guessing this cruise will be just after the Fantasy comes out of dry dock.

Interesting. No way I could fit it into my plans but a 3 night double dipper sounds lovely.
