He's AWESOME, that's a shame.
Will he resched?
They said possibly. Nobody knows why he canceled. He also canceled Miami.
Did you see how he did it?:lookarounToo bad, he puts on a really good show. I was one of the audience members chosen for his finale disappearing trick a couple of years ago...it was a pretty amazing experience. Even got to meet him in the green room after the show.

Well by using magic, of course.
A group of about 8 of us were taken on stage and told to sit in chairs that were in a kind of cage like structure. He dropped a curtain around us, and the next thing we know we were all standing in the very back of the auditorium, much to the amazement of the crowd.![]()
Is this going to require a PM? :lookaroun
You MUST let me in on this also!

Oh, alright....I'll spill the beans.
*SPOILER ALERT* Skip this post if you do not want to know how this trick was done!
Okay..first I will tell you what the audience saw. About 8 of us were led onto stage, where there was big structure that looked like a metal box, but with no sides...so you could see through it on all four sides...it was also raised, so you could see under it. There were chairs inside the box for us to sit on. He also picked several people to be witnesses...they stood around the box. He had two camera men who were filming all around and under the box as well, so the audience could see all angles on the big screens he had on either side of the stage.
We sat down in the chairs, and we were all given flashlights. I was in the middle chair, and he asked me my name (Amy) and the guy next to me his name (Jeff). Here is what the audience saw: The cage was covered with a large sheet, and our flashlights could be seen shining through the sheet. David talks to us and the audience for a bit, and then says "Amy and Jeff, stick your arms out with your flashlights and show everyone that you are still there". Then he does his dramatic hocus pocus stuff, all the while you can see all of our flashlights, and then the sheet drops, and we are gone. At that instance, we were now in the very back of the theater, waving our flashlights. My grandmother was in the audience, and she was in complete shock!
Here is what happened: The second that the sheet was covering the cage, the 8 of us were bombarded (more like attacked) by people dressed in black... one person for each of us. They grabbed our flashlights and then practically picked us up out of our seat and pushed us down a ramp in the back of the cage....it was very dark, and the next thing I knew we were backstage. This is the part that is still a mystery to me....on stage, it looks like NOTHING is behind the cage. So even though we were part of the trick, we still do not know the secret to how he makes it look like there is no way to exit out of the cage, and how the audience and the witnesses on stage can't see us exit.
The guy dressed in black had me by the hand and was telling me to run as fat as I could...we ran back stage, jumping over cables and various things (and I was wearing high heels), then we were outside of the building , and back into a door on the side of the building...and we were led to the back of the theater and there was someone there handing our flashlights back to us and pretty much pushing us into the spot in the back. The second we were in place, we were hit with a spotlight and the audience gasped...lol.
So the trick was that after David put the sheet over the cage, the audience thought we were still there because David was talking to "me" and "Jeff", and they could see our flashlights and our arms sticking out of the sheet. But it was really people who worked for David sticking their arms out with the flashlights...while in reality we were out of there within a couple of seconds of the sheet being put on and were running backstage.
Instead of letting us go back to our seats, they took us to a green room and showed us a video of the trick from the audience, so that was pretty cool. Then David came in and gave us each an autographed picture, and talked to us for a few minutes. He was kind of cold....in fact, one of the guys asked him if he could have another picture because he has two daughters and would like them each to have one, and David said "No"....even though there was a big pile of them.:lookaroun
It was a pretty cool experience...but it went by REALLY quickly!
