Dates for MVMCP already?

I was just looking at another site intercot.com and they have the dates already for MVMCP for this year.

I thought they did not come out til the summer.

Does anyone else find this weird?

I just read that too - interesting. I thought the dates weren't posted until May/June also. I wonder where they got the information and if it is accurate. I am kind of excited because we were planning on attending the party again this year and now I can start thinking about what date we want to go on although we will probaby go on the 4th like we did last year :sohappy: .

We went from 10-14 and it was excellent... we did MVMCP on the 11th which I believe was a Monday. It was pretty full around the parade but the waits were minimal. I wish I had researched even more!

I believe the 11th this year is a Tuesday. I thought Monday still might be crowded as locals might play hooky or something on a monday moreso than they would in the middle of the week.

Trying to keep the crowd levels at a minimum if at all possible.

Who has been on the discounted nights? There is a listing for passholders discount on select nights. However, we will be doing a short trip this year and could hit two other nights that are not passholder discount nights. My question is should we avoid the discount nights because it would be more crowded then?

Yeah, I believe so.

Also, when the dates for an event are released, it's "big" news, and posted on places like here, allearsnet.com, offcial WDW site, ect.

I called WDW and they told me that the only people who know the dates as of right now are Disney executives. He told me not to schedule around the dates until Disney releases them. When I asked when that might be, I got the standard 180 day answer.
