first of all, it's a job. people get paid. people get breaks. people are allowed to do what they need and want to on breaks.
second, it doesn't matter what's going on at Vista Way. The drugs, yeah that's a problem, but everything else? drinking? having "pleasure"? Yeah ok, why don't we all just eat crust of bread and drink warm water and live on cots then hm? sounds fun to me!
thirdly, yes, the best looking people get the face jobs. why? it destroys the illusion if say a guy was playing Ariel or as someone said a 4 ft, 300 lb guy plays pricne charming. you want to keep the characters the similar so that kids can recognize them. as far as the height for the nonface characters...whatever...
